Steve, the owner of the store, is the best! We purchased my engagement ring and our wedding bands here. From start to finish the experience was easy and enjoyable and most importantly the rings are dazzling! We didn't know much about diamonds and Steve took the time to educate us. We found him to be super knowledgeable and honest. He didn't pressure us to buy but guided us through the process like an old friend. We will be visiting this store for all of our future jewelry needs. I can't imagine going anywhere else!

Recently my mother past away and I was appointed executor of her will. She left my sister and I some high end jewelry. I visited The Jewelry Exchange among others to get appraisals of the jewelry to sell. Not only did Steve at Jewelry Exchange give me the "BEST" price he was definately the most honest and his Customer Service was flawless. Not only did he give the best value of each piece he also sent several pieces out for others to bid on to get us the best price possible. His appraisals were right on. I've dealt with a few Jewelry Stores in my time but from this day forward I will only deal with Steve at The Jewelry Exchange whether I'm buying or selling. Thank you Steve Ralph R.

Steve from Jewelry Exchange helped me design a prefect engagement ring. After explaining what I was looking for he showed me multiple options on their design website. He also had set a diamond aside for me which was exactly what I was looking for. After finalizing which setting and stone I wanted it took about 4 weeks and when I picked it up I couldn't have been happier with the outcome. My fiancé loves it and we get compliments all the time! Steve made the whole process easy and simple to understand and took the time to explain everything and answer all questions I had. Would recommend to anyone!!

The owner is genuine and explains everything. The truth about selling your jewelry is that you will never make as much as you want or that you can selling it outright if you can find a buyer. The jewelry exchange definitely gave me more money than what I was quoted on one of those internet websites for the same pieces. I didn't want the hassle of trying to sell on e-bay or Craig's list so I did my research and thought I would try them out. So glad I did.They will also work with you if you want to trade your jewelry in on something they sell in the store. I drove an hour and 20 minutes to get there in traffic and would definitely do that again. Worth the drive!
