My experience was amazing. Barb and her staff were extremely accommodating and flexible. Barb listened to exactly what I was looking for while shopping for an engagement ring for my new beautiful fiancé. She was accessible, responsive and so determined to ensure I found what I needed for that special day. Thanks you Barb and Reeds for helping us make our memory that will last forever.

I went into this store just to get a watch battery. I was helped by an associate named Barb.  In short, she told me all about various products she sells in this store and offered me the opportunity to establish credit.  I was unaware that Reed's was a family owned business based out of North Carolina.  Barb made my visit very interesting and the next time I am ready to purchase, I will certainly go see Barb again.

Thank you Barbara Hayes-Michenfelder for helping my husband Lynn surprise me for our 33rd Wedding Anniversary on June 23rd. It was a spectacular day !
I loved how you meticulously had my ring, cards, and wedding decorations placed in the display window in front of the store. It was simply gorgeous!
Your thoughtfulness, kindness, and going the extra mile for my husband and I will always be memorable.

Thank you Barbara for being the super friendly and helpful sales associate that everyone hopes for!  I was undecided about what I wanted and Barbara took her time and showed me many options, which helped me choose.  It's always nice to be greeted with a smile!

I had the best experience here! They bent over backwards to try to get me the best deal possible and even called their district manager to see if he could help me out! I was in there for hours and not once did they get annoyed with me nor did they ever stop being helpful! I now go back here every time I need jewelry and I get the same AMAZING service every time I'm there!
