Scott Dent at Colorado Insurance is amazing. I called him based on a friend's referral, and he worked late into the night to immediately get us set up with not only terrific rates on home and auto, but very comprehensive coverage as well. His attention to detail and ability to listen to our specific needs, allowed him to save us A LOT of money per month, WITH BETTER COVERAGE! 
Once he gets you signed, though, he will continue to shop the best deals for you and your family. Very impressed, cannot recommend highly enough.

Kristin Agrimson at Colorado Insurance has provided us with outstanding service.  She has answered every question with complete and comprehensive answers.  She has provided us with many options to customize our auto and home insurance policy to fit our needs best. Kristin has been prompt in her communication skills by responding through phone calls and emails. She is polite and cheerful, she treated us like family.  Thank you Kristin! Great experience! I started using Colorado Insurance about 1.5 years ago. I am in the mortgage industry and met my insurance agent when he came into the office asking for referrals. I sent him a few deals and he got right back to my clients with a positive attitude so I decided to switch my personal insurance over to him as well. I am not sure what happened since then but the service has been terrible for both myself and my clients. I sent 3 referrals over to the agent, he never responded and never called them. I haven't heard from him in months. Since then I have had nothing but issues with my personal policy. It seems like every time I turn around I am having to get in touch with Colorado Insurance to resolve yet another issue. I have escalated my concerns to Colorado Insurance and was promised service would be better - but alas. Now my most recent auto-policy is being cancelled because Colorado Insurance neglected to communicate terms of the policy that have to be met (per the carrier) and these terms are not something I can meet. What a joke. Anyway, I am officially changing my broker of record today and hoping I can finally get away from this disorganized mess of a company.

I loved working with Shawn Jaeger and the Colorado Insurance Business Protection Team. I was in a bind and needed insurance for my business in a very timely manner and though I doubted it could be done, he had proof of insurance in my hands and set up with plenty of time to spare for me to get all my permits and make one very happy client. Since there Shawn has been so patient in explaining anything I need or answering any questions I have no matter how 'out there' they may be!  I am so happy that I can be confidently covered with Colorado Insurance Business Protection.

I have been working with Matt Woodward in a variety of ways in the past two years and I have to say that working with Matt Woodward has been one of the BEST customer service I have ever received from anyone in the auto insurance industry.  He took the time to explain to me (this is not small job) all that was necessary to switch the insurance, what the differences were, both pros and cons as well as checked in with me as promised at each juncture of our interactions. There has never been a time when I have not felt completely protected in my business dealings with Colorado Insurance and ESPECIALLY with Matt Woodward and his attention to excellent customer service and follow through.
