This clinic is understaffed, and over scheduled.  I came in for an appointment for which I had to have the referring doctor send a referral 4 times.  then when I got there they did not provide the services that were requested. They forgot to document my medical record so the referral they were going to provide to someone else never went through, after 6 weeks I finally got them to admit they were going to refer me, which to date almost 2 1/2 months later they have still neglected to provide.  They were going to provide one diagnostic injection, however when I showed up for the procedure they were going to perform the wrong procedure.  I am surprised that they have not been sued.  This clinic is horrible, they don't follow through, provide inaccurate information and lie to cover the behind.  If you want real medical care PLEASE find a different provider....

I have been going there for a long time, but the ability to call and talk to anyone, get appointments scheduled, etc. has completely derailed.  They apparently switched phone systems and now calls go to unanswered mail boxes and even trying to schedule meetings on the web is not reliable....I would say that I get called back from leaving a message less than 10% of the time and it's 50/50, at best to get a call back from sending a request for appointment via the web.  I'm going to have to go elsewhere as this, on top of having to wait at least 2 weeks before and in between any appointments just drags out my care to take almost 3 months, twice per year, just not acceptable.

This is great place to go for pain management in Denver. Everyone from the receptionist to the nurses and Doctors were very helpful and friendly. I can't say enough good things about Colorado Pain Management...

I've suffered for 34 years with chronic pain caused by a very rare bone disease similar to cancer. In all that time, and dozens of doctors I was miserable. I decided to give Colorado Pain a try, and was stunned by the caring and professional service I received! These wonderful doctors, nurses, M.A.s, and front desk staff are all incredible! They listen to you and make you a part of the process. It's not easy living with severe and chronic pain, But The doctors made me functional again... Dr. Jason Krutch, and Dr. Michael Johnson are amazing in every way providers can be, and the entire nursing staff are second to none! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!                     Pete P.
