My car had barely been driven since its last wash (at an awesome car wash that has been closed due to a fire 😕) so I thought I would try this place. I thought that it was going to be the old school hand wash, but it wasn’t. That’s ok, at least they do the detailing, and for that I was willing to pay extra. Unfortunately I definitely paid extra and some for a dirty car, dirty wheels, and they took my daughters slinky. Really, who steals a slinky ??? Honestly I didn’t even care about the slinky, maybe they thought it was trash...but the dirty wheels I paid extra to get cleaned were not even touched, they didn’t vac the interior, clean the windows, etc, etc, etc... I guess I’ll be hanwashing myself until the real car wash re-opens.

I paid for the works on a used vehicle we just purchased. They missed greasy handprints on the drivers door, didn't clean all the interior windows, and left debris and cobwebs under the dash, as well as between the dash and front window. Will have to vacuum it at home, but feel I should not have to re clean after the amount of money I paid.  All in all, they are not terribly expensive, but not terribly thorough either.

I will not give this place another dime of my money. I have always purchased the “Gold” car wash (which is over $30 if you include a tip) and the last two times I went my car still looked dirty. The first time it was just the interior and the second time it was the exterior as well. Every time you go there all of the employees are different and it looks like they’re hiring some of the laziest people these days. When I called back to complain, the girl just sat there. No response other than listing what they do and don’t do for the gold car wash, still not getting the point that they basically didn’t do much of anything to the interior and the outside was STILL dirty! Will NEVER go back!

Have always done a great job on my vehicles. No complaints and have been going there for over 7 years. Everyone is great, professional, and quick service!

Cold morning, car was fairly good finished cleaning wheels when I got home. They missed brake dust on wheels.
