Tried this car wash a couple of times. The Awesome wash did a decent job of getting my truck clean though a little pricey.  The vacuum system worked poorly, the drying towels were sub par and the drying area was way to small and congested for my tastes. Can't wait for sudsy to open back up. Way better value for my money.

We went to have our car washed, paid for their "Amazing Wash" $18.00. When entering the wash the screen displays the type of wash selected. When we entered it stated our car was getting the "Basic Wash" $7.00. I then rolled the window down and told the attendant but they couldn't change it in time as we were already on the conveyor. So after going through you could see the tires hadn't been dressed which is part of the $18.00 wash. At this point I went inside and they told me I could pull around and try again which we did. Once again however the screen displayed our car was getting a "Basic Wash. I rolled the window down again and told them. As we were going through the wash this time we watched each cycle and sure enough we were not getting everthing included in the Amazing Wash. Once again the tires were not dressed etc. When I pulled around  this time they sent one of the younger attendants out to dress the tires.I thought they might come out and offer to address the other services of the Amazing Wash that hadn't taken place with the basic wash but in the 30 minutes I spent vacuuming and wiping off the water spots they (the manager) never came out. As I was preparing to leave I saw the young attendant picking up towels and let  him know I wasn't satisfied with our experience. He went in and sent the manager out. At this point he asks me if they took care of my tires and I said yes but that they hadn't addressed the other cycles of the  $18.00 wash. He never offered to remedy the situation only to try to explain what happened. In the end I paid $18.00 for a $7.00 wash and some tire shine sprayed by the attendant. I gave them every opportunity to make this right but they wouldn't so we won't be going  back.

Paid $18 for a car wash today at Stop, Wash & Roll on Port Royal in Spring Hill. My car was not clean when I came out. Employee directing traffic told me I needed to get back in line which I totally understood but then he proceeded to rudely tell me I could only go back through one more time. It wasn't what he said but how he said it and the fact that the car wash seemed sped up. For $18 I guess expected more. No thank you, I'll take my business elsewhere.

What a waste of money & time!

This establishment offers a very thorough and affordable wash at a convenient location. On top of that, they have stations to vacuum your car for free after the wash. On our trip back to the South on I-65, this was a great place to clean off all the nasty salt the truck had collected on the icy roads up north.

I brought my mom's FILTHY car by and asked the guy what he recommended to attempt to clean it. He said, "Elbow grease!" Ha! Totally accurate! Then he said it needed at least 2 trips through the wash, and even then he couldn't guarantee it'd get clean. I mean that thing was nasty, YEARS of dirt and mildew, so I thought that sounded fair. Anyway, the 1st trip almost got it completely clean, and then he let me go through the 2nd time FREE of charge. It was SO nice of them! I've been taking my own car there for a while now, so I knew it was a good place, but this was above and beyond.
