I bought a jacket 6 days ago, I wore it 2 days to work and back and the fabric near the pocket ripped off. I took it back and Raymond the manager refused to give me a refund or exchange it for a new one, this is the first time I try to return a Columbia product here. Now I have a jacket with a whole in it which was by no means my fault the product is defective and they refuse to take care of it! Shame on you Columbia! I am never going back to you store nor recommending it no anybody!.

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! And if you do be aware that defective products cannot be return I. The store you have to go through a not easy process in their website, but they will not return your money, at the most they will give you store credit. TERRIBLE BUSINESS MODEL!!!

I bought a 3/4 length zipped coat from this  store in Tanger mall. When i got home and looked at the coat the i saw the zip was broken. I took the coat back the next day to return . The assistant insisted i had to POST the coat back to Columbia and there was no way he would replace the coat. He never even looked at the coat. I had not removed the tags I had the receipt,he never looked just told me to go away. I took the coat back to the Columbia shop in Potomac  mall they very kindly agreed to refund my money.So beware the shop at Tanger  mall is not helpful at all.

After completely forgetting there was an outlet much closer than Potomac Mills, I remembered The Tanger. I called the Columbia store to check on the coats I was interested in. I believe his name was Cody I spoke with and he was not only friendly but knowledgeable. 
I made it to the store to find the discount Cody spoke of was true and as a major plus, they also offered an additional 20% off for service members, 1st responders, teachers and students. Needless to say I forgot my ID at home but i called the wife to meet me half way. I was so pleased with all the savings I left with a huge smile on my face plus 2 great winter coats for the kids that just the day prior I saw at Kohls on "sale" for considerably more.
