I was at this store today February 1st 2018 around 6p.m., and I am very displeased with the service that I received. The employee who checked me out was very rude and careless. I have never felt so bad spending my money at a store before but today, I regretted spending my hard earned money at this store. Worst service I ever received in my life.😚😠😡

Poor customer service. Associates everywhere in the store but not one is willing to help customers. Managers act like they don't want to be bothered and make you feel like you're asking for too much when you ask simple questions such as price or size in stock. Associates also lack training. This was the first and last time I will be shopping this location. Absolute worst.

employees are lack of product knowledge. I was misinformed about the discount along with the purchase of a gift card, so I ended up with $40 gift card that I don't need.
No exchange or refund at all for defective and poor quality items. After one week of wearing the Chidren Place shoes, the upper of shoes were unglued, holes on the side, glitters came off.
