Great place to buy outerwear. Staff is really nice. Great selection of clothes, jackets, belts, hat's, etc. Numerous specials and sales throughout the year. Store offers a 20% military discount. Terrific people.

Online order, showed shipped 12-1 to arrive 12-6 No updates, sent email to inquire, got one back stating nothing but what I asked about. Sent 2nd email on 12-7 still no updates on line. Get email back 12-8 stating it's lost. I call to cancel and team member said they are processing my refund. If anyone had bothered to check at my first inquiry a WEEK ago I would have had more time to find a gift. Very polite reps, only help if they bother to do their jobs. Love your products but if I can't get them locally I'll find another brand.

Had a really hard time finding an associate and by the time I did I had to leave in 10 minutes and just needed some basic questions answered about coats. The associate was too busy trying to sell me instead of taking my "I'll research these couple of coats a bit more and buy it online or come back later to buy." Very obvious they make commission or get some sort of compensation. Too bad for customers because this then causes a bad customer experience. Rather than my need being important to the associate, the associates pocket was what was more important.

Only big Columbia store in the area. The interior is great, a bit unorganized, but it's modern and clean. The staff are helpful and ask if you need any help.
