Nice showroom layout and retail space. A bit pricey, obviously not enough discounts compared to an outlet mall. Wish could have had more variety and options to select from in many departments, though they do have newer and better models to try and experiment from. I got an exchange done in reasonable time with good help from the checkout and staff folks in the Shoes section.

Had to visit here since there are no Nike stores near Redmond or Bellevue. The staff are really nice and will do all they can to help you out, but the store has a limit collection of the items they have on sale on their website (Mostly the expensive ones). Would much rather order online and beg for a 2 day shipping than go all the way inside Seattle's traffic to get a pair of cleats.

Super pretty show room not a huge variety of running shoes definitely great customer service

Seemed to be run by some really young people. Service was excellent, management was so-so. Cool store but the selection wasn't exceptional nor unique.
