I stayed at this hotel from March 2 through March 5. I am a traveling nurse and usually try to stay at comfort inn when on assignment. My stay here was HORRIBLE! The first night after having worked a 12 hour shift, I arrived at the hotel, which looked nice from the outside. The lobby looked decent. When I got off of the elevator, I nearly fell. Apparently you have to step up when getting off. The floor is not level with the elevator. When I got to the room , put my bags down. I went into bathroom and right above the toilet is a patched ceiling that’s flaking(too tired to even go back down to lobby to report. Fast forward to night #2. I come in from work get off elevator and I’m greeted by cigarette smoke from the elevator all the way down the the hall(100% smoke-free hotel with signs posted everywhere advising of $250 fee for smoking). I went back to lobby and advised the young lady at the desk of my intolerance for smoke and she just okay no problem, we’ll move you. I went back to the room packed up everything. In the bathroom I found that the ceiling had leaked water onto floor and toilet. After packing everything back up after working 12 hours and trying to carry everything back to lobby and escorted to the next room, I’m a little put out. I showed her the pictures of the leaking ceiling. She appeared to be totally shocked by condition of feline in room 315.The person from the lobby shows me to the room(209) which is across the hall from the fitness center. It’s 830pm Andalusia I hear is base(boom,boom) coming from fitness center. I ask the young lady what that is and I am told that some kids are practicing a dance routine, but are about to wrap it up. I said fine as I had to be in bed to prepare for work the next day. . Fast forward to 1030 pm, the same song has been played over and over again with nothing but Boom Boom and the door shaking. I called the front desk and she spoke with the people in the fitness center and heard heard thanking them. They finally wrapped up at about 1115 pm. After thinking about this for a couple of days, I called back to the hotel and requested to speak with the general manager. I was advised she was not there, but at another facility (Quality Suites). She was not available, but I was sent to her voicemail. I left contact information, but as of today March 11, I have not received a return call, so I can only assume she knows why I was calling, and didn’t find it necessary to return my call. I wish I could attach pictures and videos of room and the dance performance

I really enjoyednmy stay at this hotel. My room was very clean. The early morning breakfast was sufficient and the staff was very courteous. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

This is hands down the grossest hotel I have ever stayed in… The pictures they have of how awesome the hotel looks when you Google them is very deceptive. This is supposed to be a completely redone hotel. There are make up stains smashed on the wall in front of the toilet from where some woman lost her balance getting up and smashed her face into the wall. And I'm not even going to try and guess what is dried on the top of the lamp shade that's by the bed. Cobwebs up in the corners, weird stains all over the wall, And I'm not quite sure how you get a stainless steel Mirror to mold. But there's a picture of it.I will be forwarding these to the corporate office and hopefully changes are made. I am disabled and have a hard enough time finding a hotel. Won't let me post all of the photos.

This hotel is not what I expect when I book Choice Hotels. The hotel is dingy, bed is hard, the walls are dirty and the room smells like mildew and cigarette smoke covered by a failed attempt to mask the odor. I am so disappointed in this location. I would not recommend it nor return here. Unfortunately other area hotels are sold out. The website photos are very misleading. The up side: It is however located near a good variety of shops and food options. **update day 2...we came in from dinner to find water pouring from the ceiling and down the stairs at the end of the hall where our room was located. Water had started to flood our room.

The hotel was better than I expected. it looks newly remodeled and the customer service was good too. My room was comfortable and clean.The only bad thing I can say about my stay was my toilet got started running constantly. I called the front desk and they sent maintenance immediately to fix it. The breakfast tasted really good too.
