The two gals at the check in desk in the morning and the in afternoon were both WONDERFUL.AND SWEET AND VERY HELPFUL. Although under updating construction, I enjoyed the awesome breakfest, coffee and the beds were VERY COMFORTABLE! Also.most older hotels like this one are more quiet with solid walls. Thank.you holiday inn and ladies at the desk!

Very nice room. Michelle at the front desk was super helpful and a very nice person. Great price. Only stayed one night there. Had to take my wife to the hospital for surgery the next day by 5:30am. Will stay again if another hospital visit is needed.

Unfortunately I will have to say that due to the lack of security at this location and lack of customer service from 2nd shift and 3rd shift, which 3rd shift was titled a manager on duty, I will NEVER stay at this location again. Please understand that this has nothing to do with the renovations that are going on and is purely based on the level of customer service that was received. The one part that made things better than a 1 star was due to the female driver, in the morning (most days I was there), that made me laugh even though it was 7am. Please work on customer service here and understand that when a guest brings up the fact police are downstairs, going through a vehicle, and is there an issue, you should never ever reply with, "well I can't see it, the screens broke, what do you want me to do....." That did NOT make me feel safe at your location. To be completely honest I would love to have a call from the GM at this location.

The rooms were a little above expectations. The room amenities were that tipping point. Everything was clean, and the staff was nice. The air conditioner had a wall thermostat, and I really appreciated that.

Worst customer service I've ever had at a hotel room had wires comming out of the ceiling running to the out dated tv that had no HDMI cord so I couldn't use my Roku fire stick wall plug in a PS4. Carpet in my room was sticky very outdated Hotel not worth the price at all will not be back
