Very friendly staff. Nice location just out of the city. Breakfast had your usual continental items with a few hot options. Room was spacious. Sheets looked like they had dirt and make up on them so that was unnerving, but for the most part it was a typical hotel room. For a short stay and reasonable price, it was what we needed.

I stayed in room 406 for two nights on a business trip. The room was tidy, clean and in good shape. The hotel offers free WiFi! No gimmicks. The staff was very nice and the complimentary breakfast down in the dining area was slightly above average. On site parking around the hotel was a plus, I was able to park close during my whole stay. When I was leaving, the front desk associate was busy so one of the maintenance staff saw and quickly assisted me with my checkout which pleasantly surprised me. My only complaint was I could hear quite a bit going on in the rooms surrounding me below and next to my suite, which on the second night was a bit distracting, but by bed time was not an issue. And the bedding (mostly comforter/blankets) and towels could use a bit of an upgrade. They were standard at best. I did not get a chance to check out the gym or pool but those are welcomed amenities. I would stay here again and consider upgrading to a more premium room based on my initial experience with the staff and establishment. Overall recommended.

The rooms were very clean and large. The beds were comfortable. Staff at the Hyatt Place were all very friendly and helpful. It was a great place to stay!

Excellent service, easy check in and out. Our room had a few broken light fixtures and no working phone. Overall stay was amazing.

Checked in last Monday for a business trip and they asked for a credit card although my company booked it. They charged $504.09 automatically to my card. I let them know it was a business trip and my company will pay it. They sent me a cc authorization form and my company filled it out. So Hyatt place charged my company and I contacted them to have them refund my card. They refund me only $306.06 and I let them know they charged me $504.09 The assistant manager called and let me know I was going to receive a credit back of the remainder on Wednesday of last week. Fast forward to today and I still have a $504.09 pending charge and still don’t have my full refund.
