This was by far the best I've had in a while. All the employees that I ran across were nothing but nice. The community was great and everything was clean and up to par. If I am in the area again I will definitely stay again!

It's great. The place is great. Not the best, but definitely a place I would go for an great experience. It's the type of place I go to when I want to sacrifice a little quality for a cheaper price. 5 stars is a reasonable review for a place like this. I will go again.

I stay here frequently. It is clean, quiet, safe, and comfortable. Hopefully if you stay here,it will be on a evening when Simone works the front desk, because she is a blessing. She is always ready to solve a problem with a smile!! Extended stay, you need to give that asset to your company a nice raise!

This hotel chain has been our home away from home for a few years now. I must say this is the first that closes at 11 and reopens at 7 or 730. With the exception of housekeeping opening breakfast at 6...there is no one in office. Although there is someone answering phone in case of emergency. The layout is nice. We enjoy this not being a hotel you access indoors. It's all outside access to rooms and that's a nice change. We came here for a larger size room and we did get the larger room after first night here, that was an availability issue. Nothing anyone could have changed in regards to that. Our first night had some issues but because of this hotel referral and the prompt response from Manager and staff, we do feel it was nothing that happens often so no need in details. It was handled and all is well. The Manager is very professional and seems to care about guest and their accommodations. The day front desk rep. Is very nice and courteous. Raquel(sp) head of housekeeping is Great. Very friendly, takes a second to be personable. Always working hard and just all around a great asset to this location and then there is Philip. He is the Best. He may be one of the best in this chains customer service position that we have had in the 3 years. Hes in our top 5 for sure. He has gone above and beyond no matter what the situation. Very personable, hard working, polite and never makes you feel like your bothering him or like he is being short with you to end conversation. Excellent employee as well. Unfortunately there is nothing at this location other than your room and a laundry room. No work out room, no pool, no grill area or picnic area at all. This is very disappointing being every other location we have ever visited had all that's mentioned. Grant it some others may not have all of those things but from my research they have most amenities mentioned. We love outdoors and this location doesn't offer anything outside. Hopefully that will change, not sure but it would help this location we think. The front office also should have more than one person at times in evenings because so many guest have had issues with no one answering in office or being in office. It's a bit frustrating when guest have certain times to be placed and they have to wait 15min plus at front or call 5 times before someone answers If that could be worked on it would help as well We cant say we would stay again as of now but we have 2 more weeks here so things could change but as if now this has been our review. If you dont care for amenities and usually never need front office you will have no issues so I recommend trying hotel as of now. But if you want pool, grill area and gym especially during summer, you should look elsewhere. We may have different review at end of stay but for now we are content and with Raquel and Philip around we know we will be taken care of if needed Location is a plus. Great location and traffic isn't awful.
