We stayed for three days during a trip to PA, and this proved to be an efficient/inexpensive hotel while still retaining some quality. The king beds are extremely comfortable, but the rooms were smaller than what I'm used to for a king. Fortunately, they were also immaculate as far as cleanliness goes. Service and breakfast were both great, but do keep in mind you're paying for a light breakfast with cereal, fruit, waffles, and eggs. It lives up to expectations. Truthfully, the only real con of this Comfort Inn is location. It is rather undesirable as it's located off a divided highway; due to this, in part, there isn't much around to easily walk to and the vending available here is rather limited. Fortunately, it's a quick ten minute drive to anything downtown (or 15-20 minutes anywhere else in PA in general) so that in part made up for it for us.

Customer service horrible. No greeting at the front desk. Like hi welcome to the comfort inn. Cleaning staff walk right by you not even say hello. I have been in many hotels and this one is close to the bottom. Maybe motel 6 is worse but I'm not sure they are pretty close. I stayed here last year and wasn't impressed then either. This will be the last time. I will be booking at the Hampton in next door. At least they greet you and you have a refrigerator in your room as well as a safe to lock your important belongings. There is not even a ice machines on all floors. You have to go down stairs to get it. Bottom line scale of 1 to 10 and 10 being the worse I give it a 9.5 on my scale.

Stayed here over the weekend with a friend of mine, driving from farther away to see a show. The show was awesome and the hotel was nice and close to Mr.Smalls, clean, affordable, and nice little breakfast in the morning. Check in and check out were a breeze. The internet kinda sucked, but you make do without it, really.

Small but efficient hotel. The only complaint we had was the beuracracay of management and the small lobby. Everything else was wonderful.
