I’ll start off with the bad and end with the good. The bad: we found our hotel room door propped open with the deadbolt when we returned to our room after being gone all day. We had our door sign on the handle showing we did not want the room serviced, yet housekeeping came in anyway. I’m assuming this is how our door was left open. Anybody could have entered our room all day and stolen anything inside.

The good: clean, standard Marriott with friendly service. The breakfast could have later hours but overall it’s a good service.

Would I stay here again? Probably, but I definitely would not leave anything in my room I don’t want stolen. Security means a lot, especially when your in a different place staying somewhere unfamiliar.

Desk girls.were wonderful! Don't mind our messy bed pictures! We had to test it out! 10 out of 10! The room is small but, the bed is comfortable and it's everything I need. Clean, comfy, and working A.C.!

Excellent front desk staff--very helpful in terms us helping us navigate some points of interest on that side of the city. Room was in great condition. I'd describe my stay as surprisingly updated with great amenities.

Impressed by breakfast!  🍴😋 Staff were kind.  Loved the Paul Mitchell facial soap,  bar soap, shampoo and conditioner provided. Nice Queen size beds.  Disappointed on size of fridge and hot tub not in use. Best hotel we've stated at so far in Pittsburgh! 👌👍

I chose this hotel because of the pool and hot tub. I even called ahead to make sure both were working and was told yes. We checked in and headed straight to the pool, where other patrons informed us their hot tub is not in service. Turns out it hasn't been for over a year! On top of it the pool was indeed freezing and it was very dirty...there were things floating in it everywhere. Unfortunately because we booked through a website there is absolutely nothing they could do for us! We wanted to leave and go to a different one. The manager was very nice and felt bad but her hands were tied. The breakfast was just ok. My advice...pay the extra money to book direct and NEVER use those websites!!!
