Elijah saved this experience for me, he needs a reward because if it weren't for him, I would have given this Comfort Inn 0 stars. I booked my room and called a few days in advance to give notice that I had my service dog with me. The gentleman on the phone was extremely rude, demanding I had my dog's certification papers, a doctor's note saying I require a service dog, and my dog's current vet records. All of which is ILLEGAL! I told him that service dogs are not required at all to have paperwork requested, that is for Emotional Support animals. He said "Well I've been a business man for 30 years. I've never heard of that. Your dog must be a fraudulent animal." Then he hung up on me. Upon arrival, I was fully prepared to show the ADA website or find a new hotel. But I was very pleased to see Elijah there. He was all smiles and "Hello, welcome to Comfort Inn! How are you today?" I told him I had a service dog and he accepted her, no questions asked. I told him and the check out woman (didn't get her name) my experience with the guy on the phone, to which they said "We are so very sorry for him. He does that a lot and we've tried to tell him not to be so disrespectful to the disabled." I told the check out woman to give my sincerest thank you to Elijah for saving my experience. Will I be staying here again? No, not if there will be drama about my disabilities and my service dog.

Me and my children stayed the night here. The location was great, it had a Chili's, Lubys, and a Fuddruckers right by it with competitive pricing, so dining wasn't a problem. The hotel itself is in need of repair and painting. There was a large hole in the front by the entrance with exposed wiring. The hallway smelled dank, like the carpets had not been cleaned in a long time. In one elevator, the floor was made of brown tiles of which some were broken into shards that moved under our feet and could be pulled out, a definite hazard. There was rude lady, whom everytime we left was chain smoking and talking on her cellphone right by the front entrance blowing smoke wherever she pleased. The staff was friendly albeit a bit aloof. Our room was small. Just a king size bed was was not big enough for my kids and I, but that was my own fault in not checking. The bed felt comfy at first, but my back was absolutely murdered the next morning making the name "Comfort Inn" incredibly ironic. It woke me up out of my sleep at 6 a.m. and I could not get back to sleep. For that reason alone I will not stay at this Comfort Inn again. The breakfast was very good as long at you get downstairs in the lobby by 8 a.m., then the lobby fills up with hungry hotel guests around 8:30 a.m. They have pancakes, fruit, 3 kinds of juices, milk, yogurt, coffee, muffins, doughnuts, bagels, toast, cereals, eggs (eggs smelled fishy so we didn't eat them), sausage...the real saving grace of this hotel. My kids and I enjoyed the attention to detail of breakfast, not so much the hotel. I won't be staying here again, though I did feel relatively safe while saying here. I don't recommend this place as I've stayed in better at a cheaper price. Personally, I would be willing to spend a little more for a better and cleaner hotel.

Sunday morning November 12th. I arrived late at night and needed a 1 hour late checkout. Per choice privileges all members can receive a late check out upon request. As a driver, This is why I use choice. I called the front desk in the morning and asked for this extra hour. He told me they were booked to 100% capacity and could not do it. I called choice to see how many rooms were available tonight. 9 kings 10 double queens and 5 accessible kings... no need to lie man... hotel was great otherwise. I've uploaded a screenshot of the policy for future reference

I have stayed at this hotel several times on business to bringing my son to band camp and now, dropping him off to college for the first time. Each time my stay has been very nice. Clean and modern facilities, very comfortable beds, plenty of WHITE and clean towels, clean fresh bathroom, vacuumed floors and dusted rooms. Yes, as a health professional, I check EVERYTHING!!! The staff is friendly and helpful, the continental breakfast is always more than expected. I hope to be back for college football game since my so is on the marching band. Great Job Comfort Inn!!!

Hallways smelled moldy, which means the carpets haven't been cleaned in a while. However, the room we stayed in was fine: it smelled clean and was spacious. Breakfast was okay, your usual "make your own waffles," toast, muffins, bagels, yogurt, and cereal. Only hot thing served was packaged sausage and eggs. Overall an okay stay, just wished breakfast could be a little healthier (at least serve some apples and bananas) and fresher.
