Bed unmade, mold on shower curtain, carpet was wet......Would never stay again

We checked in around 9pm, and I felt really uncomfortable. The guy at the desk was nice, but there were a lot of shady people smoking in the parking lot. The lobby and halls smelled like smoke and mildew. In the room, the carpet was sticky and smelled like smoke, even though it was supposed to be non-smoking. The knob in the shower was broken, the sink didn't have handles, the towels had makeup stains, and the shower curtain was mildewed. The top bed cover had burn holes in it and there were a couple blown light bulbs. The bed, otherwise, was comfortable and clean. I was awakened a couple times during the night by loud music.  It served its purpose of just getting away from the ICU scene for a night and not spending too much money. Next time we'll just spend a little more money and find a better place.

Every time I stay here it is like home away from home!!! The staff is alway very attentive, remember me and make me feel welcome each time. The rooms are always meticulous and breakfast is amazing with all the pluses. Being right next to Drago's for dinner helps too!!!

It was absolutely terrible. My bed sheets were dirty and though it was "SUPPOSE " to be a non smoking room, it smelled like cigarettes. In addition, the light fell in bathroom after telling the man at the desk nothing happened.  We were not offered a new room or money back nothing.
