Our phones didn't work first of all. The rooms had a weird smell. The person behind the counter used profanity when she made a mistake checking me. Totally unprofessional. The worst part was the breakfast. I always look forward to the waffles with the breakfast at the Fairfield Marriott, but this was by far the WORST GARBAGE BREAKFAST! 1) the person putting out the breakfast was coughing all over the food. 2) the eggs were cold. 3) the waffles I looked forward to were a total let down. The handle was broken on the waffle maker, and they didn't have the non-stick spray for the waffle maker and the waffles stuck to the maker, and burned them. The poor fruit they had out was old and brown.

This hotel itself seemed to have a small footprint from the outside but had a full size interior. It included all the amenities including a swimming pool and full breakfast. The room was just as nice and spacious. It included a microfridge and dehumidifier (being in a southern city). The beds were very comfortable and the shower was pleasant, which used a glass curtain instead of the standard plastic hanging type. I had a very pleasant stay.

The room was nice, the staff was incredibly friendly. The location wasn't great, not convenient, but not a bad location.

Checked into a great room on first shift from only to return on second shift and our room had been given to someone else. Second shift said it was first shift and vise versa . And on top of that no manager has contacted me! My advice; I wouldn't I mean no way would I recommend you stay there........Period

Nice room, clean and good location. Close to restraunts and shopping. Note they put about a $35 extra hold on your CC incase of damages, takes over a week to credit back to your CC. Overall would stay again.
