I had mistakenly booked a room for the night before the night I intended to. They not only missed an opportunity to provide some understanding and good customer service, they were insulting. My interaction with the manager was so disappointing that I opted to stay at the place next door instead.

Being remodeled, but other than boxes in the stairwells and a temporary breakfast room, there is no disturbance to guests. Staff is friendly and helpful. New rooms are updated.

Very nice and helpful staff. The room was clean and we'll stocked. Very good breakfast with lots of variety. Something for everyone.

Very nice people.  Sierra at the front desk is very nice and hospitable.  She's interested in everyone's comfort.  Room was fine and clean.  No complaints.  Breakfast was good.  Dining area a little small if there are a lot of guests.  Hot tub was out of order.  Kids had a good time on the pool.  We chose this place over others for one reason because of their cancellation policy.  Other hotels have a no cancellations policy.  Comfort allowed us to cancel our last night (under their rules) with no issues.  Recommended.  Will return if needed.

Over all the stay was very nice. The hotel itself was clean and had a nice pool area. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good, they have bacon which is always a plus. The hotel is across the street from places to shop and eat. The only negative was that the lady at the front desk was a little over bearing; she was not rude but her presence was very well known. Other than that, it is a nice place to stay and I would stay there again.
