Everyone was friendly and professional. Rooms are comfy and clean. Staff is helpful and welcoming. Breakfast is always good and coffeepot is always full. Great location easy access to everything.! Overall a good place to stay.

Stayed at the hotel to attend a funeral of a family member. People Loitering outside our window in the parking lot all night. Didn't get any rest both nights. No security on the property. Garbage found under the beds and found a crack pipe under the bed when looking for or babies pacifier. Could have ended badly if our twins gotten a good of that. Told the room cleaners about what we found and they didn't notify the front desk and the front desk gave us $20 of per night for our inconvenience. Terrible. Continental breakfast was the one good thing about it.

Scenic rooms that apply to all five senses. To clarify the scene of the hotel is that of a crime scene and the pungent odor along with the bugs on the curtains and wall stains truly add to the aesthetic of an unsafe location possibly of a horror film. Didn’t feel like the sheets or anything for that matter were clean everything is just run down. Walked into room and immediately found a new hotel to go into for the night.

This shilo inn is nicer then the one the Newport coast. So much more updated.

About the only good thing here, was the customer service and Free breakfast. Rooms are old and gross, hallways are dark and creepy, plus elevator nearly killed my daughter by closing as she was walking in There was no sensor to stop the door so my husband had to grab it and pry it open.
