Was gone from the room.  When I returned there was no TV reception.  And you cannot get anyone to answer at the front desk.  Poor customer service.  I do not recommend the property.

This place doesn't even deserve one star. Last night around 2 am I was trying to get my niece to go to sleep, I saw cock roaches all over the walls and crawling in the beds. We had no where else to go to we just killed them. I called a few hours before that and asked for more pillows because the ones on the bed were thin. They said no. I went to the office and showed them a few of the roaches we killed and he told his wife "the same stupid people that asked for all the pillows last night". How rude!! It hurt my feelings. My sister stayed here for about a month and a half on the other side and never had any problems like we did last night. Rude people and bugs! I work at a 5star hotel and this one does not deserve one star.

We booked a king and got two full beds instead. Smells like it used to be a smokers motel. The beds are not that good and it seems like none of the pictures on the website do not match this place.

I had a reservation woman at desk would not let me check in early, I have toddler & was needed a place early due to repairs on bathroom etc. She wasn't very Understanding,  I cancelled Room, found a nicer Hotel that Understood my circumstances! !!
