Very good experience! We thought the appearance of the exterior was really nice, with the exception of the pool. There was a sign stating it was closed, so perhaps it was in the middle of being repaired (the water in the pool was green....). But other than that the exterior was very well kept! The interior lobby and rooms were comfortable and clean. Everything in the suite worked well-- the shower had great pressure and the hot water was quick to heat up. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. So, overall a very good experience! Would definitely stay there again!

Front Desk Staff were very accommodating. Room was clean. However I ask for a late checkout at noon. The Cleaning staff knocks and before I can get to the door, she opens it ( i had the paper hanger on the door that says do not disturb! I go to the door let her know I have a late check out and she says oh well I need to get the sheets, I will have to let the washing staff know you are still here ? Need to communicate better with all staff about late check outs! Breakfast was good and hot!

The staff are great people. The hotel has a nice appearance. The room I was in was nice. I kept having a hard time sleeping and finally found out why. There was ants in the room. On the floor, on and in the bed. I checked out and told the front deck staff.

Room had slight musty smell when checked in. Left the fan on, went to visit someone down the hall. Came back to take a shower to end up finding the water not working. Wait several minutes, still not working. Have to get dressed again to find maintenance guy working on pipes right outside room. Very disturbing when I was naked just a second ago in restroom. Go to front desk. No apology, but state there was a leak in the room above!!! (so that explains first smell). Then say work should be done any minute. Ask why was I not informed? Even then, no apology, just "we will let you know if there will be any future work done" .... Very upsetting to not have any remorse. When I went back to room, water was working again soon. But why should I pay over 100$ with staff that lacks basic courtesy to inform of something that affects me?

This hotel has an owner/manager that does not have any hospitality for travelers. My flight was cancelled to Greenville, SC because of Tornado in the area. It was cancelled at 7pm and when I called to let the hotel know the owner himself said that there was no way he would waive the cancellation fee since it was after 4pm. I've been traveling and staying at hotels for 10 years with my company and never have I encountered this lack of customer service or compassion for travelers. I will not be staying at this establishment again due to this policy... I can't take the risk of the airlines. I'll be at the Holiday Inn across the street, where I know I'll be taken care of properly. Just fyi the cancellation fee is the cost of the hotel room for the night with taxes. This is why I stick with IHG properties... I took a risk and tried choice and I'm don'e.
