This is my favorite place to stay in Salem, but frankly the prices are too high to continue staying there.  For the same price, I could stay in any of the big name 4 star hotels in Portland or Seattle.  It doesn't make financial sense for what you get.  There are many clean 3 star hotels in Salem, so check prices before settling.  That said, the staff here keeps the facilities top notch, and they recently refreshed their beds and linens.  5 stars -2 because of the significant increase in cost per night over the last 2 years.

This place is worth the money, it has nice clean rooms, good bathrooms with nice accessories an amazing pool and workout facility. plus complimentary breakfast and sometimes a light dinner. The light dinners are Monday through Wednesday and usually have a sort of wrap and salad or pulled pork sandwich. The breakfast or rather expansive and have waffles pastries scrambled eggs and bread and biscuits and gravy. Rooms come with a mini fridge and microwave as well as with a small couch and desk. This is a great comfortable place and it is really quiet. I cannot recommend a better place to stay.

Thomas, who works at the front desk, was a professional in checking me in. Top notch pro!! There are 3 types of cookies to greet the guests; I took The peanut butter one. The room is clean & neat and the bed is firm, just the way I like it. I'll let the front desk know that the sink needs a touch of Draino as it's clogging and the bath towels need some fabric softener. Otherwise it's a great place to stay. I'll definitely come again.

Great hotel just off I-5. Easy on and off. Very clean lobby and room. Nice indoor pool and expansive free breakfast. Very quiet at night. Just a nice little place to relax at.

The rooms are fine. There is a very strange and kind of stupid complimentary snack arrangement. There's an assortment of snacks in the lobby to which each room is entitled ONE snack per night stayed. Not one per guest, one per room. They accused my friend of taking more than that when he didn't even know it was there and hadn't taken anything at all. The staff here were quite rude. No problems with cleanliness of the room, just the rude staff.
