There was no mattress pad under the sheets, instead there was an itchy, wool material pad placed there to protect the mattress, rather than to give the customer comfort. It's too bad, because they could almost be a five star hotel were it not for the rough bedding (sheets were low thread count too). I would have preferred HBO to Showtime. The hotel was very clean and had everything I needed. Great staff and fair price. Some traffic noise, but the closed windows help alleviate some of that. Great heating and air conditioning that you can control. Very good breakfast. Check out at noon instead of eleven is a big plus.

My wife and I booked a king sized bed, microwave, mini fridge, and jetted bath tub room. The room was very clean, no problems with any appliances. The staff if very friendly. Just be sure to get a room not located on the side facing Costco. The sounds of forklifts may keep you up at night. All in all a good hotel to stay at.

Me and my fiance stayed at the Salem, OR. location and had a bad experience. The room we payed for was horrible. Lights didnt work, fan was broke, the fridge fell over on us when we would try to open it. They would not change our bedding when we complained about stains on the sheets and ripped pillow cases. We were given excuses like " we only change the bedding on certain days." After 3 days of complaining they finally moved us to another room. Problem is we payed for a room with a Jacuzzi and the new room did not have one. The new room did have a bad odor and later we noticed mold caked inside the A/C, heater unit. Staff was rude and full of excuses. We will never stay at another one of these again.

Rosalena was so kind and professional! She helped check me in, apply my AAA discount and balance two other cranky guests at the same time. The room was comfortable and decently clean. Parking lot is cramped and incredibly difficult to navigate but that's not their fault. Overall a decent stay!

Stayed here for about 10 days on a business trip. Really enjoyed my stay. The staff was very accommodating and great breakfast! Spacious rooms and very clean. Pool but no spa and somewhat tight parking only drawbacks
