A clean safe place to sleep. A/C was noisy every time it turn on to cool the room which did seem to work well. Lobby smelled funky. Rooms are small but comfortable. Did not have breakfast or use any amenities to comment on.

Pleasantly surprised by the experience I had at Comfort Suites in Lumberton. I travel with a small very well behaved dog. My past experience with Choice hotels which have a pet policy has been horrible. While they all charge a pet fee, They seem to give pet owners some of the worse rooms in their hotels. That is not the case at Comfort Suites. My room was as good as any I've had when I travel without my dog. It was clean well maintained and comfortable. My wife and I are snowbirds and have decided "This will be my hotel of choice on my trips between NJ and Florida" Thank You.

Everything in the room was damp. I was going to put a towel on the bed and sleep on that but the towels felt damp too. Strange odor when entering. "Musty". Went well with the dampness. I immediately cranked up the AC and it helped a little. The super loud fan in the bathroom was an added bonus. Separate switch for the light only? Nope. If stream from long hot showers is the cause of the dampness and odor, it makes sense to try to force use of the fan. But quieter fan, dehumidifiers, better ventilation... other hotels have it figured out better. One of the cups in the plastic wrap had gunk in it. The higher rated hotels at this exit were all completely booked. It's clear why this place had vacancies.

Great pet rooms. Finally someone got the great idea to not put carpet in the pet rooms. Bravo comfort suites. Will definitely come again 👍

Great check in by the night auditor, great and comfortable room...definitely exceeded my expectations. Thank you!! Oh terrific breakfast.
