I stayed here on the way to Jacksonville, FL & on the way back. I liked it on the way down...but I don't think they/front desk gave my maid the $10 tip, so I gave her another because another woman said she was my maid & was NOT. Breakfast was not as good as in Stafford, VA which has like a 1/4 of the room & they do a knock-out job & offer way more of a selection! On my way back I inquired about my favorite maid & they lied to me & then I asked if they fired her & they finally admitted it. The pool was not exactly clean & was not heated. I paid for a second day, so we could sleep-in...they were beating on my door around 9:30 & 11:30 & woke me up both times...I had no "do not disturb" sign. I yelled "Cheese & rice, what?!" as I opened the door...discovering the idiot @ the front desk NEVER told them I had purchased another night... There is NO elevator & I have a 5# weight-lifting limit & have had spinal & knee surgery, so it took me forever in a day to get EVERYTHING back downstairs. I tipped my maid in person... I will never stay here again. Carmen is kind, @ the front desk on 3-11. People were not cleaning up their dog's excrement...it was EVERYWHERE, on their lawn. I however, did for my small poodle. I am upset @ the rates on here being $30-40 cheaper than what I paid... They are not careful with the cleaning up of hair under the chair cushions, on bedding & in the tub & on the BR floor. I refuse to go back when I drive my family back to Jacksonville...not sorry. Definite learning experience. I just don't like being lied to, either. I hope Sherry, my maid did get the first $10 tip & was able to find another job. I hope they treat the new maid kindly. She was a sweetheart & hard worker, too. It IS however in a great location near convenient stores, gas stations, & the Holiday Inn next door, has a DENNY'S. Best of all, they accept animals, for a small fee.

The room wasn't wasn't cleaned well, under the toilet was streams of urine and hair. The room smell was musky and smelled of mole and mildew. The bed was extremely comfortable. The tub and shower were clean with a good shower head which added to the comfort. However extremely loud guest kept me up until 3:30 am, police were called to no avail.

I travel to Florida a lot and this Quality Inn is my stop on the way home. The staff is wonderful. The rooms are comfortable for an overnight stay. I travel alone and I always feel safe.

I was charged $102 ( includes tax) for an obviously $70 room. It was even advertised online as $70+, if they are going to charge this rate they need to pay much more detail to cleanliness, everything needed a good scrub down. I will continue to give my business and recommend my 9731 associate's to wyndom group hotels. Not impressed with choice hotels at this point. So, that $20/30 extra charge has cost this group untold amounts over the year.

Clean. Comfortable bed for a 1 night stay. Very quite. You didn't hear I95 traffic. Smaller bathrooms then some other Holiday Inns but still nice and clean.
