The rooms are very nice. You can tell the hotel is brand new. Very disappointed that there is no guest laundry room. We are here with a baseball team, and in past experiences with other hotels with no guest laundry, hotel management was kind enough to take our team's jerseys and wash for us. They even folded...not in this case. I'm rating the hotel a 2 because I feel a guest laundry room is a necessity. I will pay closer attention to this the next time a book a hotel room. You may want to consider turning the guest room located in the lobby/dining area (which makes no sense at all) into a guest laundry room. The front desk staff, and especially manager, on the evening shift were incredibly rude. Can you tell me what the purpose of the area with the flat screen televisions with sports channels on is, if not to gather and socialize? You may want to train the evening shift manager to be just a little more professional.

Very clean, it's new so that helps, but it was impeccably cleaned. Joanna did a great job in room 417 on the housekeeping! So good, in fact, that I left a tip and I rarely feel compelled to leave a tip because any room I stay in is rarely that clean. I was impressed.

28 days here and every day was great. The staff are some of the friendliest I have encountered in all my travels, it's clear they focus on customer satisfaction. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and recommend it to all passing through the area and need a nice place to rest your head.

We recently stayed at your hotel and I must say I was very impressed with the room and the staff at the front desk. However I am giving you 4 stars instead of 5 because we were there for 2 nights and after being there for one night we got up the next morning and went out shopping, etc until late afternoon, evening. When we returned our beds had not been made, trash had not been emptied and no coffee had been left for the next morning. I stopped at the front desk and got coffee for the next day. We had been left clean towels so they did come into the room but that is all they did. Hope next time they will do better!!!!

This is an awesome hotel! Friendly staff with excellent knowledge of the area. Very clean, modern and comfortable, will stay there for sure next time in the area.
