Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms clean and comfortable. Had to cut stay short because of emergency and refund was no problem which was very helpful for me!! Recommend this place to anyone looking for a good place to stay. Thank you for being so kind.

This is the 1/2 point in our trip to Florida, our return trip home. Very friendly staff clean rooms and good selection for breakfast. Only time we didn't stay was in September 2016. Lumberton was under water due to hurricane. They appear to have recovered well.

No frills, but a good room. The king studio was a nice sized room with an open layout. The front desk staff was pleasant. Breakfast was OK at best, and ended at 9AM. This was earlier than our group and at least a few others preferred. At 9:02AM the breakfast attendant was removing food from the counter as people were trying to take it out of the dishes. I thought that was was rather rude. While we finished our toast we saw other parties come down after 9 and were dismayed to see they had missed breakfast too.

Clean rooms, great privacy, they will NOT even knock on your door if you have the do not disturb sign up, excellent breakfast, waffles, eggs, bacon, sausage, oatmeal, cereal, yogurt, good orange juice, coffee, fruit, bagels, and all the other good stuff you might expect. Beautiful sitting area for breakfast, beautiful sitting area in front lobby with chairs, couches and lounges. Every room has a mini fridge, microwave, iron and board, hair dryer, television, telephone, dresser, suitcase stand, desk with office chair, sun darkening drapes for night shift workers, bedside table lamps have outlets on them for ease of phone charging. Clean soft fluffy towels, clean sheets, I have stayed here many, many times and have had a wonderful experience every single time, front desk staff are professional, friendly and helpful, housekeeping is friendly, helpful and professional. Parking can get cramped sometimes on weekends, but I have never seen the whole parking lot completely full to the point of not finding a place to park. There is only one elevator and it is in the front lobby, but there are stairs at both ends of the hotel as well. The Wi-Fi works great, they even have a computer in the front lobby connected to a printer for guests to use if needed. There is an exercise room, laundry room, and a small selection of food/snacks and other necessities next to the front desk, items selected can be added onto your room bill, which is incredibly convenient in a pinch. All exterior doors are accessible only with a guest key card, except the front lobby door, which is locked during late night hours, front desk staff will let you in if you arrive during late night hours. I will always stay here when I am in Lumberton.

This Fairfield is very close to 95, so it made sense to stop here oh our trip. The pool is outdoors, personally I prefer indoor pools since I would rather not have to worry about sunblock. This pool was in pretty good shape, and reasonably well maintained. When we asked for pool towels we were given tiny hand towel sized towels which look like they were meant to wipe down the fitness equipment. The breakfast area only has one waffle maker(some Fairfields have two), and was very popular, which meant standing in line about 15 minutes to make breakfast. The Canadian bacon tasted vaguely like a cigarette butt for some reason, and the AC put out a slight funk when we first got to the room. There are plenty of restaurants on the other side of 95, easily accessible from the hotel, and if you don't want to get back in the car right away there is a Cracker Barrel and a Chinese food place within walking distance. Not high on my list of Fairfield stays, but better than most cheap road trip motel stops.
