the hotel itself is alright. looks good, fairly clean, right north of the airport. that's about all it has going for it. the bed is hard as a damn rock. third floor room, and the damn out side flood light shines in through the window, right PAST the curtain and right to the middle of the bed. curtain does not shut tight enough to block the light, so I had to use the cushion off the hide-a-way bed sofa. and the housekeeping? WHAT HOUSEKEEPING?!?!?!?! week and a half of being here, our room was not serviced ONCE!! we had to walk to the front desk to get stuff that housekeeping should be doing. this has to be the laziest hotel staff I have ever seen.

I had the worst customer service ever Kathy!! the front desk was not help at all. She was rude and screamed at me going one on one with the customer . I had to wait an hour to see if she had any room for me when she could had simply tell me to give my cc information . never going back there again .

Booked the room for a day and staff was great.. stayed for a week. Lily did an amazing job along with Margaret. Very pleased with the experience . A+

Smoke detector malfunctions and no one came to take care of this problem. Get another hotel if you can.
