The lobby was very nice and had a pleasing  contemporary decor. Our room had a pleasant earth tone contemporary feel as well. We had a view of the beautifil golf course out of our window. Our vehicle remained safe parked on the back side of the building. The complimentary breakfast was adequate to send us on our way. Downside-There were no fine dining establishment nearby for an evening dinner.

Stayed here before and after a cruise that was leaving from the Port of Miami.  The cost of the rooms was reasonable and the room condition was good.  The free breakfast had some decent options.  The big bonus was that there were a lot of food options all around the hotel, most within several minute walking distance.  There were both local as well as national chain restaurants which left many options.  The one downfall that I will say is that this hotel is not really located in an area that has a lot of other activities to do when in Miami.  Most other activities were quite some distance away which meant either getting an uber or taxi to take you there.

It received 5 stars for the value our ultimately offered. For $137 we received a suite for six including breakfast. However ... The bathroom was small but clean and practical. The 2 queen beds were comfortable. The sofa bed was not. The shuttle to the airport was very comfortable and clean and roomy. Breakfast was fine.

This was the perfect hotel for us. We flew the red eye from CA to Miami, the shuttle driver picked us up and the desk clerk checked us in early, so that we could get some much needed sleep. The bed was wonderful, as was the room. In the morning, the breakfast was very good and I was impressed that they used real plates and silverware, not that styrofoam junk that is so prevalent and ruining the environment. The shuttle driver then took us directly to the rental car center and we were on our way.

Super clean! The only thing is that the fire alarm went of during the night. My husband called down to the front desk and all they said was false alarm. I understand it may have been hectic that moment but there was no explanation as to why it went off. No phone call back or anything. The next morning the front desk staff was unaware it went off. However, I would stay there again 100% and will try a best western plus again in the future for its value, cleanliness and amenities.
