Beds were clean and comfortable. Price was fine. Bathroom was decent size but needed touch-ups and some TLC. The bathtub looked and felt like it was going to fall through the floor. Front desk staff was friendly but appeared frantic at times and there was a bit of a wait to check in. This facility has a free continental breakfast with the typical selection. Additionally, their dining area turns into a restaurant that had a modest selection for lunch and dinner purchases. There is no pool but the hotel does have laundry, ice machines, an overpriced gift shop, and free coffee/fight information. There is also a small arcade for kids and a car rental office. What irked me was that for this 12 story hotel, they had 1 working elevator for the week I stayed there. In turn, there was a delay to get from the lobby to my room as there was 1 elevator to bring both guests AND hotel staff to where they needed to go. Not until the last day did I see the second one running.

My experience so far has been very good. I have not yet have had any problems. I stayed for 1 night and it was a pleasant stay and the staff was helpful and nice. The only problem I had seemed to be that the cleaning staff needed to learn how to speak English. I feel like they should know how to speak English so they can communicate better. They did not entirely understand me much. Besides that, service was good and I recommend a stay for an affordable and clean location.

This is a good hotel for the price and location. great view of the airport with air tight windows the planes don't brother you. King rooms are large and very clean great staff ice cold ac. Too bad they don't have a pool. Should build a bigger nicer seating area non smoking and smoking.

The biggest thing was the smell. You walk into a very warm lobby and it smelled dirty. Our floor (the second) smelled like sewage. The room itself smelled like mildew and mold, probably because the bathroom had no vent so everything in it was soaking wet all the time. Also, the AC was terrible. All the hallways and lobbies were warm and the room's AC was cranked all the way and it was still very warm. They had a decent continental breakfast, but there was no ice so all the juices were warm and gross. ANOTHER thing that I am not happy about is that we paid for 2 QUEEN beds. Both beds were definitely not queens. They were either fulls or doubles. You get what you pay for. Cheap and awful.

The website said there was a pool. My family and I were ready with our swim wear to find out there is no pool and the website hasn't been updated in years. They previously had an agreement to use someone else's pool but something happened that the hotel lost that privilege. The breakfast was really good, they provided a large selection. The 2 queen size bed rooms are great, but the central air could have been better. The location is in Miami and they only had a fan setting. So the room stayed a little hot. We also used all the machines in the laundry room but they had no coin machines. Between washing clothes and wanting to let the kids enjoy the arcades we almost cleaned them out in quarters.
