Horrible Experience!! My family and I were accused of smoking in the room and damaging a wall. Brittany first claimed that a cigarette was put out on the wall between the wall and bed. When she was informed that we didn't move the bed and we don't smoke the accusation changed to apparent use of marijuana in the room and a home in the wall. For this the chain took an additional $250 from my checking account. This was done immediately following my checkout. To cover this we are told that housekeeping immediately entered our room and discovered these issues. The problem with that statement is that we checked our prior to 11 to beat traffic to our destination on Easter. Housekeeping normally cleans rooms after scheduled checkout, covering the bases. I wouldn't recommend this location, likely the worst experience I've ever had when staying in Texas. Unethical money grab, racially insensitive stereotyping, blatant lies to justify these actions.

Stayed for a full week. Location near shopping center and many restaurants. Accommodations OK. Adequate. First nite found 2 issues. Notified front desk. They were promptly repaired. Business office needs attention. Printer malfunctioned. Gave error message. Only a few pieces of paper available. Could not printer flight boarding pass. Notified front desk.

Honest review of my stay. The staff was great at check-in:out However, we were told we had to wait about 30 mins for a cleaned room due to late check outs/early check ins. The hotel was extremely noisy once in the room, the people that stayed above me sounded as if they were walking and running with bricks attached to their feet from 7am until 12am, I reported it but the noise continued, front desk night shift clerk didn’t do much to ensure the noise stopped or follow up. I could hear a couple arguing down the hall. The pool area was noisy I could hear the kids all the way on the second floor. Seems like a lot of people actually live there and weren’t just visiting. Finally, my air barely worked in the room. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel if you’re wanting to rest and relax. If you plan on being out of the room a lot and literally just there to go to bed at night it’s a good inexpensive place to stay. Breakfast was good, it’s non smoking. The area itself is quiet but if staff would get noise levels under control and implement quiet hours it would be a much better experience. The potential is there.

I will start off by saying the room was nice and the staff was very friendly. The problem was checking in. The check in time was 3 but there were no rooms clean to accommodate the guest. The manager told us.it would be about 30 mins before our room would be ready due to people checking out right at noon. We waited in the lobby for an hour. We asked the manager again about our room. She then processed our check in and gave us room keys but said the room will be ready shortly. We took the kids to the indoor pool for an hour before we asked again about our room. That's when the lady told us our room was ready an hour ago. I understand things happen but this was really irritating. The manager even told us she would discount our bill. When we got the bill in the morning, there was no discount.

The hotel looked very up to date and well kept. The first room I was given (room 304) had bed bugs however. Fortunately I always check for them. The staff was very polite and Immediately gave me a different room.
