My first stay at this hotel and it was okay.. The staff is wonderful and I can tell they care about their customers.. The first room I went to had piss all over the seat though, so naturally I called front desk to let them know and I was promptly moved to another room.. I slept great, didn't notice any mold in the bathroom, and the breakfast was great ! The towels were clean as well also no odor in my room.. I'm giving 4 stars for the room change and no c/o reminder call.. Thanks so much to the staff though for their help!

My sister & I had to make an emergency trip and got held up at DFW due to weather delay. We were so lucky they sent us to Quality Inn. Everyone from the shuttle driver to the lady who checked us in on the night shift were so patient with us. We were very stressed due to the delay. The morning shuttle was scheduled to leave at 7 and the breakfast didn't start til 7. But they had it all ready in time for us to grab a bite before we left. And it was REALLY GOOD! The room was super clean, the bed was great. I can't thank everyone enough for taking such good care of us.

I wish I could give negative stars. Worse hotel ever!!!! The bed on my room was made with dirty sheets (their were even hair & bugs in the bedding), pubic hair in the shower. I took photos and showed them & they very quickly got a new room. However, the other room was worse (if you can imagine) same issue with the bedding and shower, but there were condoms left in the bed side table, garbage was not emptied (and what you thinking about the contents is right). And the cherry on top, what we'll call sex stains on the sheets. I have photos!!! Needless to say I didn't stay in there room at all. I sat in the lobby until morning when there shuttle took me back to the airport (I should have just taken a taxi & got the hell out of that health hazard)

We missed a connecting flight and had to stay the night with our 10 month old baby. Very helpful staff. The manager drove my husband to Walgreens to get more diapers because we only had 2 left and now another full day of travel. Nice rooms, clean and comfortable.
