Of I could give 0 stars I would as one star is too much! Very tiny rooms. HORRIBLE Management. Crack pipes broken in the wall way and trash pilled up. Do not waste your money on this place. Go down the street to one of the other nicer inexpensive extended stay hotels. We were told on three different occasions prior to check in the price, which is why we chose to stay there. After we were charged it was way more expensive then what I was quoted. Talked to the manager Russell and he said sorry that’s the price, if you don’t like it go somewhere else. Like a dummy I paid for another two weeks because we were already moved in and didn’t want to have to move again. This guy has absolutely no understanding for people who are staying at this hotel. Word to the wise go some where else and stay this place is a JOKE!

The staff are very helpful awesome and cool they accommodate all your needs and even call you after you've checked in to make sure all is well. housekeeping is efficient and not annoying like some places. This is my go to Extended stay!!!

This place looks great online and not that bad in person but looks can be deceiving. It's down right awful how bad the roaches are. We have stayed at different weekly stays around town but this place wins at the worst. I told the hotel about the problem and they didn't seem surprised at all. Since I was stuck there, I sprayed the place from top to bottom over and over and these nasty bugs keep coming. The manager of this property is great at keeping the illusion that it looks nice, don't be fooled. Also their guest service is terrible. They don't care at all about your complaints. For instance. I was locked out of my room and I waited over a half hour in the freezing cold for someone to come to the front door and help me. Take on mind I just had both of my key cards made by the manager earlier that evening. Finally when the person got there to help me, there was no apology, not one word. I was just handed a card out the front door. Please stay away from this place. I have never felt so mistreated at a hotel, especially because this is not a cheap place to stay at. The cockroaches are enough of a reason, completely infested.

If you want to stay somewhere where you will be greeted with a warm friendly smile (Mira)Guest Services Representative. Someone who personally cares for their property (Russell -GM) and loving and caring Peggy ( House Keeper) who will go the extra step to make sure your room is looking tip top condition. You couldn't ask for a nicer staff! You come to the right place!!

I paid $455 for a room for a week, with 2 queen beds (which I'm sure it isn't supposed to be, since one of the beds was pushed up against the a/c unit, and you couldn't walk around on that side of the bed). When I walked in, I was disgusted. It looked like the room was never cleaned from all the dirt on the floor. There were someone else's dirty disgusting shoes in the closet. The place wreaked of cigarette smoke, yet it's non smoking. To top it off, it came equipped with roaches, dead and alive. No amount of money could explain this nonsense. It did come with a kitchenette and dishes, and they too were dirty. I left 5 minutes after walking in. The great side is they gave me back all of my money. Conclusion: Stay at your own risk, although you're better off in your car.
