Had a pretty good stay at the hotel. Bed was pretty comfortable to sleep in. The pullout couch wasn't very comfortable to sleep in. The rooms are spacious. The bathrooms are nice but the lack of a fan caused some trouble. Breakfast was adequate for hotel food. The fitness center was not 24 hours which didn't make much sense to me. Overall a pretty good stay

First I have to say the room was perfect once we got to a room that had been cleaned at 5pm. It was comfortable and had everything we needed. The problem we had was at check in. We walked into a lobby of 2 ladies behind the desk arguinng with a black lady accusing her of having loud parties in her room because she had balloons. Rudest thing I've ever seen.  We finally 15 min later got our room key. When we got to room 317 we opened the door and it was dirty. Nothing had been done. I went to the front desk and explained the situation. The girl AND the manager at the front desk rudley argued with me telling me over and over it wasn't possible we were rented that room because that room wasn't suppose to be rented.. When they pulled it up they realized that we HAD been rented that room. No apologize on their part. Ive never been treated like that at a hotel. Those 2 ladies need a lesson in customer service. If you want people to come back please retrain them and hire another manager. We come in once a month. I really want to like this hotel but probably won't come back.

Was very pleased with the hotel. Front desk person Anis was very helpful. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

The food wasn't great, but the service was pretty good. If you've been drinking the food is probably great!

We've been going here for years and have only had great experiences every time!! Staff has always been very helpful and great.  Very nice clean rooms.  Good pool and fitness areas. Decent selection of Continental Breakfast items. We will continue to stop here for years to come.
