Story

In late 2013, we set out to start Commonplace with the goal to become a go-to place to find the perfect daily accessory - without the clutter of a traditional apparel or design shop. Instead of these items being just a subsection of a much larger apparel inventory, we wanted to put them front and center while bringing together multiple brands across multiple styles. With a slight leaning towards traditional men's goods, a majority of our inventory was chosen to be enjoyed by anyone who sees an item as the right fit for their life.

We believe in the positive impact a well-crafted, timeless and attractive item can have in everyday life. Through thoughtful design and a care for craftsmanship, objects can carry with them a sense of enjoyment not otherwise found in the use of lesser quality goods. With this in mind, we curated a selection of accessories and lifestyle goods from brands that take pride in the products they design and create, and that do so in a responsible way.
