Though the doctor I saw was amazing, the other staff is horrible. Whenever I call, I'm "greeted" by a different employee that acts like I just interrupted what they were doing. They always have that "how dare you" attitude. When I went in for my first visit, all four employees at the front counter were on their phones or talking to each other. After waiting several minutes with no acknowledgment, I picked a random employee and walked up. Her smile immediately disappeared, and she just looked up and said as rudely as she could "what?" Wow... I'm sorry I expected you to do your job while you're on the clock...needless to say, you guys really need to get your employees in check. Just because you went to school to essentially become a glorified secretary, doesn't mean you're better than everyone else.

I was there recently for my knee and I was in and out in no time. Everyone there was nice and help me understand my problem. I did need a shot of cortisone which did not hurt and will need surgery. I am concerned about the ratings because I would like to have the knee surgery here  but the reviews are not real good for some people.

Highly recommend!  Today I came in to check on my Fractured foot. My appointment was at 9:00, they took X-rays, I saw the doctor and scheduled another appointment, I was walking out at 9:35.  Wow!

I've been going to this practice since I was 2. I had a fall and hurt my back . I felt like I was a burden and the doctor had better things to do than pay much attention to my problem

My mom hurt her knee yesterday (Sunday) and can barely walk this am. We came to Commonwealth to be seen today without an appointment. The staff was professional, efficient, kind and talented! I cannot stress enough how easy and efficient the process was. It is 917am and we are almost out the door! She had an X-ray, saw a physician and is arranging follow up. Healthcare can be difficult to navigate in any situation but especially when you're hurting. Thanks to commonwealth for making it painless and easy!
