Negative rating for doctor kerchoff. Came here for getting wax cleaned. Doctor kerchoff is very rude. He did not respond to 'hello' or 'how are you.' even for 'thank you' he did not respond. I came here for getting wax cleaned. But they did not do that. Just did some test and sent back. I won't go here again.. especially for his rudeness...!  Receptionist was very cool and also some staff.. but when doctor is not pleasing, why prefer the place..!
