A branch shattered our skylight on a windy Sunday afternoon.  Commonwealth Roofing & Siding was the first roofer to return our call and promptly arrived to tarp the roof (even with strong winds).  Mike took photos of his great work and performed the work at a reasonable cost.  We were extremely grateful for his willingness to interrupt his weekend so we could salvage ours!  I would strongly recommend Commonwealth Roofing & Siding.

At PHILLIPS Programs for Children and Families our Building Futures~Fairfax students are building a house!  We called Commonwealth Roofing & Siding about the gutters.  It was terrific to work with Mike and his team.  From receiving an estimate the same day we called to the professional team who installed our gutters we are 100% pleased with their service and quality workmanship!  The team arrived on tie and worked efficiently.  The Commonwealth Roofing team is experienced, thorough, reasonable and trustworthy.

Working with Mike and his team at Commonwealth is a excellent experience. My wife and I noticed shingles on the driveway and called Commonwealth. They were out the same day and identified what was going on with our roof and made the necessary repairs. Mike is incredibly honest and let us know, based on our roof condition that we could repair the roof and keep it going for many more years to come. It is really nice to work with people you can trust, and we will be using Mike and the Commonwealth team for as many projects and we can get them on.

The best contractor I have ever worked with. The team did an excellent job on the roof, cleaned EVERY thing up, were on time, and the estimate and prices were very fair. An overall excellent job.

A huge thank you to Michael Fontaine and Commonwealth Roofing & Siding who donated the roofing materials needed for my son's Eagle Scout project.  The free little library that my son built and installed at the Vienna Community Learning Garden has an ultra durable 30 year roof thanks to Commonwealth!  We really appreciated your advice on the design of roof as well as the upcycled materials.  Commonwealth is a great company to work with, not only from the customer perspective, but also as a generous community member.
