Working with Ken was great!  His attention to detail, his responsiveness to your questions, requests and concerns and also his willingness to make sure that you are satisfied was just top notch!!  He treated my roof like his own and it shows.  I received a compliment from a competitor of his, whom I hired to do the gutters, since Ken's company just focuses on roofs.  The compliment was this, "I don't say this often but whoever did your roof did a fantastic job.  I always take an extra look when I know it was done by another contractor but kudos to them for the great workmanship and to you for finding a good contractor. There aren't many left out there." We rarely write reviews but after using Ken and his team to address two different roof repairs with superior results, we felt they deserve special acknowledgement.  They have proven to be professional and responsive while doing high quality work using top of the line, modern materials.  Ken is conscious of the customer and makes the process simple with no pressure.   They know their business and their charges are very reasonable.   In our first instance, Ken correctly identified the source of a persistent roof leak that had eluded other roofing companies.  The fix went in quickly and the repair on a 15 year old roof was cleanly integrated.   Just recently, we had Ken’s team repair shingles blow off part of the roof in a winter wind storm.  The guys were ready to work in very cold temps and as soon as the wind speed dropped. Again, the team quickly completed a high quality job.   Over the years, we have used other well-known roofers on this house but Ken and his team have stood out above all others in every aspect. The next time we have a need for a repair to the roof or a new roof, we will be calling Ken and his team with confidence that the job will get done right the first time.

Discovered a roof leak on 11 Feb 18 and after looking for a roofer I selected Contact Roof to come out and give me an estimate.  Ken the owner was very helpful in explaining the leak and how it started and followed up the next day with excellent service.  Provided photos of before and after of the work completed.  No leak as we go through the sleet/snow on 17 Feb 18 weekend.  Very pleased with his work and the price was reasonable.  DB, Woodbridge, VA

Found Ken through Yelp after needing to replace my roof (the old roof had been there since the 80s). Ken was very responsive, well priced, and helpful throughout the process. I never had a problem contacting him about an issue and he was very flexible given the recent freeze that came through the area. They worked fast and I got a new roof in a day! The work looks great and I could not be happier.
