Hand dry is great feature. Free vacuums. The unlimited wash packages are well worth the price. Only problem is drivers should not be allowed to turn left during the day due to traffic flow.

This was my 1st time using this car wash. My 1st impression was Great Place! I  paid for a platinum wash and when I reached my destination I realized, I paid for tire shine but there was none applied to my tires.I  also noticed the super crappy towel dry job that was done to my car. I do understand that they were busy but I didn't receive the service I paid for. Seemed like the guys working in the towel dry area were upset about something or arguing which caused a back up of cars. Not sure if I'll return to this location there are too many other choices in the area...

When it gets busy here, they block traffic onto 12 mile east from Orchard Lake...

The short exit driveway means that if traffic is heavy, turning right onto 12 mile east is the only option...

Though, some people insist on turning left, causing a backup in the carwash...

Let's face it, this is not an ideal layout for a carwash... Free vacuums for customers are also difficult to use when the lines are long...

They do a decent job with the wash, and they usually have two guys towel drying when you exit...

I just wish they could have a longer exit before you hit the road...

My favorite car wash in Farmington hills area. They have two rows of vacuum cleaners just to clean inside of car, it's a self service. Car wash is automated one, pretty quick and decent. Situated right at the twelve mile and orchard lake road junction. Have been there many times with satisfied service. Appreciate your quality of service, keep it up.
