I got a very different number than was I was told over the phone. The receptionist did not know the right prices and told me one thing and when I got there they tripled the price on me. Bait and switch. Please be careful with this business and it’s operated by nothing but inexperienced teenagers. Also there was a safety violation when I was there. I stood outside for 3 minutes during normal business hours when they were open and they had to unlock the front door for me. It was very cold, -5*F and I did not appreciate them not letting me in when they knew I had an appointment that I was 1 minute early to. I called an hour ahead to make that appointment so there was no excuse for having a door locked and keeping me and my dog in the cold, let alone the fire hazard that a locked door possess’. She had to get a key to unlock the FRONT DOOR. 
If you go here make sure to be mindful of your wallet and your safety. The staff was very rude to me when they found out that I was quoted a lower price, blaming me for trying to get a better deal saying "good luck finding anyone else" in a very sarcastic and rude tone of voice.

They are amazing! Their prices are great and they are super helpful. They followed up with me within a few days and are even seeing me again to help with medication.

I can’t say enough...truly compassionate care, clean, convenient and very reasonably priced. Dr. Shell and her staff are really exceptional and knowledgeable. A wonderful addition to the Urbana community! Highly recommend them.

Went in for an emergency, incredibly friendly staff, who gave my dog amazing care, as well as helping to calm me, while keeping me incredibly informed on the situation. I would recommend to everyone in the area

We just put our beloved dog to sleep on Sunday.  After repeated attempts to talk with Dr. Shell, and even her staff telling us she would call us, we decided that no one was going to help us.  Our dog had IBS and would not eat, was dehydrated and shaking constantly with pain.  I would never recommend this Vet or "hospital" to anyone.  I only gave it one star because it will not post if you don't.
