Less than one star. Never take your pet here.  Went in yesterday with my cat. Was completely ignored. The receptionist was very unprofessional and unsympathetic, not just towards me, but towards a lady that just had her cat put to sleep. So glad that I didn't stay there, because I took my cat to MSU VET CLINIC and they were amazing towards me and since I ended up having to put my cat to sleep because she was hit by a car, they seem like they actually cared. Losing a pet is like losing a child, not asking for sympathy but couldn't believe the disrespect that I felt.

My dog was having respiratory problems.  Within 30 seconds of walking in the room, the doctor diagnosed her with kennel cough which was weird because she hasn't been around other dogs.  He gave her 2 shots and 2 medications and charged me $162.  Next morning, she was spewing blood from her nose.  Took her to MSU.  She does NOT have kennel cough, she has an obstruction in her nasal cavity.

hours? I tried taking my pet there and they wasnt open no phones being answered i just called and they said they actually close at midnight and the "doctor" chooses when to actually answer the phone to be able to help. If this happened to me its happened to others thus place is a lie and a joke dont trust your pet's health to them. For 24 hour needs go to the msu vet clinic we was in and out in 2 minutes best experience yet

They told us they would do a cystotomy for cheaper price, but the vet assured us my 11 year old dog would be safe in his hands and that the place was open 24-hours, they did the surgery and told us everything went fine and that he was waking up, I called back a few hours later to check and see if they had been feeding him okay and was urinating normally after the surgery, they then said he was still waking up, which is weird as to now how it was like 6-8 hours after surgery, we get a call at 8 this morning saying that he had died because he was left alone. They still want over $1000 from us for killing our dog. Don't take your pets here, they are not watched closely and obviously aren't really 24-hours. I can't believe they killed my baby.
