When I lived in Lansing, Riverfront was my regular vet for my cat and dog. They have always provided excellent customer service and excellent pricing. Unfortunately I've had to take my dog in for two different emergencies. The second was last summer when we were in town visiting. They gave him the best care and didn't overcharge me for their services. Wish they had an office in DC!

The people at Riverside were very patient and kind with our cat - they took the time to make sure he felt comfortable before they began their examination and were just really good with him throughout the process. Their prices were also really reasonable! 10/10 would recommend.

Great staff and good prices. Will always take my pets here forever. They do a fantastic job. Dr.lisa and Dr. Laurie are amazing. Any complaints people may have can usually be traced towards their lack of understanding as to how things work in the animal field or their own inability to care for their pets. The staff does everything they can to help and support you and your pets

Murphy my frenchy was mauled by another dog. Not horrble injuries but alt of pain for him. Took him to river front animal hospital. Cleaned him up gave him pain meds and anti biotics. My poor boy was miserable. Almost a week goes by most of the swelling is hone except his ear is getting worse. He is vomiting will not eat. Take him back in they change meds clean his ear and say is bruise rising he will be fine. Next day ear is worse. Take him back. They say keep an eye on him bit he should be fine. Third day ear even worse purple color and closed. Take him again dr says ice packs. Next day his ear bursts. Blood and puss every where. Rush him in. Dr say its draining but saved us money by letting it happen on its own. My dog was in pain for over a week we all suffered trauma of it bursting. But they joked about saving money. Looking for new vet. Not going bsck to River Front Animal hospital.
