I take my dog here every two months. They are always very busy but I can always schedule an appointment at a time that is convenient for me.

Took my dog Sprout there last week and they did a great job. Had a 8AM appt and his haircut was done by 9:30! He was adorable, (great trim) happy and really enjoyed everyone there. Place was very clean. Liked how they emailed and called to remind me about the appointment. First time client, will be back when his hair grows out, or sooner if he rolls in something bad.

I love the Elegant Pooch and my groomer, Cory, that I followed from another grooming place. All the groomers seem excellent though. The atmosphere in the shop is pleasant and cheery. It is a new shop and is very classy, including the private quarters where dogs wait for service - no cages - cute little rooms with themes! My dogs love to go to grooming.
