We recently purchased a laptop and software here, and could not believe how incredibly helpful Austin and TJ were. We knew we needed a computer, but had not decided on a specific model. They helped us choose a computer that was perfect for our needs, and within our budget.

It also felt great to be able to support a local business, rather than enriching Amazon or one of the big box stores.

The experience at the store was fantastic. Everyone was very helpful, and the selection of used and new parts was just what I needed. Also, their return policy is top-notch. This is my new go-to place for everything I need!

Been using these guys for 5 years.. as hobbiest with two gamer sons it is a lifesaver... they are reasonably priced and extremely knowledgable and helpful

Came in at the end of the day needing RAM diagnosed / upgraded.  TJ was clearly busy but took a few minutes to get me up and running.  In and out in maybe 15 minutes.  Everyone was super friendly and helpful.  This is now my go-to place in Ft Collins.
