Really disappointed.  Went in and asked about tester phones or SIMs to try out the T-Mobile service very briefly before switching.  Was told, yeah, no problem, try it for a week or two, and I leave with a SIM to put in my Verizon phone.

Unbeknownst to me, the 'tester SIM' that I was to try out for a week or two turned into a full-fledged account just four days later that has caused nothing but headaches when I did actually try to sign up for service and use other promos.

Do not go to this location.  This is a franchised location (reseller) that cuts corners and is not an actual T-Mobile corporate store.

Be VERY wary of these "salespeople"...they make promises, and when you find out they are lying, they refer you to their "customer service" that consists of a gang of broken-english-speaking people that will frustrate you to a point that you will gladly accept being screwed, just so you can stop screaming at them. It costs more, but do yourself a favor and go to verizon or ATT...or stick with tmobile, but stay away from this crappy outlwt on College

You can help but love Candice at tmobile on college she is the picture of customer service and friendship.... All the other stores could learn from her for sure

My phone screen shattered and so I went to this location to replace it and I ended up getting a phone with half the storage of my older phone, only to find out that I will have to pay a $75 restock fee if I want to buy a phone with the same amount of storage as my old phone. Needless to say I'm very disappointed by this. Additionally, I was upsold a charger I didn't need even after I informed the associate I didn't need it. So had to go out of way to return it the next day. All they (Jay or James) care about is how much they're making in sales. Even going so far as to brag about it in front of me. The associates were NOT professional. Talking about workplace antics instead of being concerned with the well-being of the customer in terms of what they are trying to accomplish. I won't be going back to this location for phone help going forward. I do not recommend going to this store.  If I were a mystery shopper they would've failed.
