I am very happy with Best Buy. When you walk in the door the first thing the associates do is ask you if I can help you with anything. They are very knowledgeable and very respectful. They have lots of different things to choose from and the customer service is wonderful. The store is organized and neat as well. I recommend Best Buy

Took my sons car in to get his stereo, subs and amp hooked up and paid $240. When we got the car back the amp wasn't hooked up. Took it back today to get that taken care of and they charged us an additional $180. I spoke with the manager who essentially just repeated what the installer had said which didn't add up and the manager just said "well I don't know what to say". That's the last time I ever use Best Buy and/or the Geek Squad for anything. Dynamic Customs would have installed the stereo, amp and subs for $300 vs $420 and their customer service is outstanding unlike Best Buy. For someone who's been in customer service for 20 years, I ALWAYS find a solution to keep the customer happy and would never say "I don't know what to say" to a customer. I don't believe the customer is always right, but I do believe in coming up with a solution to keep the customer happy.

I came into Best Buy wanting to learn more about Nikon portrait lenses and I am so glad that I came here! This particular Best Buy has a photography section with tons of stuff. Their expert Nikon sales associate (I feel so embarrassed but I can't remember her name....I think it's Hailey?) was AMAZING! She  probably spent a good 45 minutes showing me all the lenses and giving me super helpful information. She even put on different lenses for me to try out! I came back a week later and purchased my portrait lens that I absolutely adore. She is very knowledgeable and friendly. 

I showed my mom the pictures I took with the lens and she wanted to buy it from this store, since the closest Best Buy to my hometown in Montana is 2 hours away. I went back and another camera sales associate, Josh, who had helped me twice when I went in for my lens, was more then happy to help me ship this lens to Montana overnight. 

Long story short, these guys are awesome and helped me with anything I needed and always had smiles on their face. Two thumbs up!

I always try and shop at Best Buy - I get good advice from the sales people. I like the return policy. They always seem to have what I am looking for - and the GEEK SQUAD is awesome

I have been a Best Buy Elite Member for many years. When ever I am looking to purchase electronics it my first choice. I do look through Amazon but I like to see what I am purchasing before buying. Their service is beyond what a normal buyer would expect.  I recently purchased an LG C7. Thought it was a great deal as it was on sale. The tv arrived on time and was installed. We had a Samsung 65 " previously. The C7 picture was not what my family expected. Due to input from them I decided with great regret to have the C7 returned and the Q9 installed. Once I watched a few different sources I realized what a huge mistake I had made. I went back to the Ft Collins store to see what options I had returning the Q9. Luckily through one of the customer service people the manger who had helped me on my original return was located and offered a hand. She was what customer service is all about. She waded through a difficult return and purchase again and was pleasant, cordial, and really knew her job. She made me feel special which is hard to do in today's world. Her name is Sam and I couldn't thank her enough. Best Buy corporate needs to take notice of this young lady if they haven't already. I will be a Best Buy customer for life and thanks again Sam.
