I will start out with the people at the front desk they are nice and will tell you everything you need to know the nurses very good at what they do help me out and the doctors smile they know their job very well I go to the same office every time

The staff and doctors are very friendly and professional.The facility is clean, The staff is always on the go,maintaining a safe and efficient operation. This is the only clinic I have been to that offers there patients water and healthy snacks while waiting to be seen, at no cost to the patient. When you register at the front desk, you are greeted with a smile by a staff member, who is happy to answer any questions you have. When they give you an estimate of the time it will take to be seen, they usually over estimate the time needed. The doctors and staff spend the time with you to not only treat you but are happy to answer your questions or concerns you may have. I think all urgent cares could use Concentra Brooks as a model for great patient care.

The office it self is great, but i wasn't told that if i come back in 3 days that they wouldnt be able to read my results. So when i went back friday they were closed at 6pm i got off at 5pm. So went Tuesday morning and the young lady told me it waa to late to read the results and that i would have to pay another 50 dollars to have the test redone. I think they need to be a little bit more specific when explaining the info to the costomers.

As a prospect employee, I was assisted by a beautiful asian lady at concentra(W. Brooks). While doing my pre employment test, I couldn’t concentrate. Does anyone know if she’s single?

Coffee machine was broken :( long waiting time. Guy hurried me up on my drug test. It had been like one minute before he started talking to me through the door. Sorry the long waiting time resulted in a lot of liquid building up in my bladder! The girl up at the front was really nice and fast though. And on my way out a doctor helped me find my way, and she was really kind to me.
